Carlow University: Driving Adult Learner Growth Through a Full-Funnel Digital Strategy

Storyhaus partnered with Carlow University to help address declining enrollment by reaching today’s adult learner with a more intentional, strategic approach. We developed an integrated, full-funnel strategy designed to meet perspective adult learner students where they are, with messaging designed to resonate and reinforce the value of education at Carlow. There is a major gap in the social space when it comes to expertise from health systems and to bridge that gap, we found a way to allow the Penn Medicine OB/GYN experts to connect on a personal level and support women without feeling clinical, out of touch or inaccessible. Working alongside Millennium, we created the La Vie social program. La Vie, meaning The Life, was specially designed to bring residential communities together through unique social gatherings. This exclusive calendar of events is curated to bring you and your neighbors together and experience the best of Boston through fitness, food, travel and cultural experiences.

After COVID created a desolate downtown Boston, we were determined to bring the city back to life with The Downtown BID. This campaign was designed to inspire and encourage commuters to come back to work and meet us downtown at their favorite coffee shops, book stores and restaurants. This multi-channel, collaborative strategy successfully engaged influencers, businesses and ambassadors to share event invites, new business intros and their favorite downtown memories as a way to reassure that the return to downtown was the right move for Boston dwellers.

In the heart of San Francisco, you’ll find Yerba Buena Gardens. To bring YBG to life for local residents, we dropped ourselves in, became one of the locals and released Living YBG; a destination for local connections. Meeting with and writing about inspirational artists, neighboring restaurants, local artisans and the exciting indulgences we felt made this a beautiful place to live.
